Introduction

Martial Arts is a form of personal growth that encourages the use of mind, body, and spirit. These elements of life improve one's ability to think quickly and do well in every-day life. Martial Arts have spread throughout the world and have changed dramatically during the last century. Different styles require different weapons, abilities, and skills that help defend the Martial Artist. These types of arts should be utilized for defence only and not for the encouragement of warfare.
